Our service is unique to you, which means we will be flexible in our approach. This could involve schools/settings, a group of Childminders joining together to share the cost of training, it could be delivering full and half day training sessions, it could be one to one sessions, it could be attending staff meetings or sessions delivered at weekends and evenings. Our support can be as short as a one-off meeting or could be a succession of training and support sessions.

We offer Peer to Peer Bespoke Leadership Training - which can be tailored to your setting or schools needs. We will factor in a teams meeting with the leadership/governors/board to set discuss the need for the training request, collaborate on what the focus will be and set actions. We will then work alongside the management team/early years leaders for 6 hours (either 2 x 3 hour sessions or 3 x 2 hour sessions). At the end of the work a full action plan will be created, reviewed and actions set to be completed. Please do get in touch if you would like further information.
