Booking Arrangements and Charges

All courses are offered on a pay as you go basis by clicking on the costs for the course, this will take you direct to our payment page where you can enter your card details to make a payment through our Stripe payment gateway. Once payment is received you will receive a confirmation email of your payment and booking.

 

Bookings for non-card holders

On the rare occasions where organisations or childminders are unable to pay by payment card please contact us below to book your place;

Invoices need to be paid on receipt. Future bookings already made will be put on hold and no further bookings taken where payments are outstanding.

 

Charging Policy

In the event of a cancellation, 2 weeks’ notice is required to receive a refund. If you would like to transfer to another date at least 1 weeks notice must be given, this is to allow us to resell your place.

Paediatric First Aid training - 

Please note that 2 weeks notice is required to transfer your booking to another date or to cancel and receive a refund. 

If you do not attend Day 2 of the Paediatric First Aid training an additional charge of £45.00 will be issued for you to join another date. 

 

Any non attendance with no notice given, will not be refunded or transferred. 

 

In the event we need to cancel a course due to low numbers we will offer alternative dates. Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as disruptive weather, pandemic or where training is deemed a risk to the delegate we may have cause to cancel a training course, in these circumstances you will be contacted and booking transferred to the next available date.

Refreshments

Tea and coffee will be available on all courses – NO LUNCH  will be provided on any of our courses
