Frequently asked questions

Can I amend my booking?


We undestand that occasionally you may need to amend a booking due to staff ratio and sometimes this may be last minute, please give us a call on 07795 367337 and we will do our best to accomodate you on an alternative date.




I need to cancel my booking all together


If you or your staff member can no longer attend the course we will hold a credit note for you to use against a future booking. In some circumstances we are able to offer a refund.




My course has been cancelled will I receive a refund?


If we have had to cancel a course for any reason a full refund will be issued.




I am unable to book online


If for any reason you cannot make a booking through the website, please call us on 07795 367337 and we will take the booking over the phone, alternatively you may send an email to admin.wey@welearn365.com. Unfortunately we are unable to take payments over the telephone, an invoice will be emailed to you and payment must be received within 14 days unless the course is within this timeframe, in which case payment must be made 48 hours before the course date.




Do you offer inhouse training?


We offer a variety of Bespoke courses that can be held at your setting. Cost depends on the training involved and dates will need to be agreed with a trainer. If you are interested in a Bespoke course please call us on 07795 367337 or email on admin.wey@welearn365.com




How do I obtain my certificate?


Once training has been completed you will be emailed a link to an online evaluation, you or your staff members then have 2 weeks to complete this. Once submitted we will email a certificate to your setting. Each person must complete a separate survey.




Do you offer Teacher Training Day courses?


We offer a wide range of bespoke courses that may be run on a Teacher Training day for your setting, this dates are very popular and can booked up quite quickly. If you are interested in booking training for these days please fill in a Bespoke booking form in the first instance and we will be in touch.




Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?


Any forms submitted or bookings made on the website should generate an email acknowledgement. If you do not receive confirmation please call 07795367337 or email admin.wey@welearn365.com and we will check your booking.
