Nicci is passionate about early years education. She is currently executive headteacher for Bedworth Heath and Atherstone Maintained Nursery School Federation.

She has 13 years experience of working in Nursery schools across Warwickshire and Coventry. Nicci holds a BA Hons in Stage Management and a Early years specialist PGCE.

Nicci has great experience of working closely with multi agencies to gain positive outcomes for families.
