Service Description

We are surrounded by courses and coaching to ‘get through Ofsted’ but what if we understood what they actually wanted and could engage with Ofsted Inspections feeling confident and articulate? This course will help you to understand how to create a cohesive approach your intent, implementation and impact and how to showcase your setting. Ofsted inspections are often feared and can be stressful for management and staff alike. This course details how to prepare you team by developing a genuine understanding of both the 3i’s and being able to explain how your provision clearly meets your children’s needs. During the course, we will help you to understand the framework of the day and highlight strategies for creating a positive experience, identifying key moments to evidence your strengths and designing opportunities to enable your practitioners to shine. The course is based on years of experience both supporting and managing projects that were subject to Ofsted Inspections. To date – every setting that has had this training has subsequently passed their inspection! This course addresses the following: • EYFS areas of learning and development – All • The Characteristics of Effective Learning • Ofsted Inspection framework • Planning for amazing experiences for children • Supporting children to thrive This is a 2 hour course with 30 minutes Q&A.

Cancellation Policy

Please read our updated Terms & Conditions. *********** In the event of cancellation by you, refunds will only be issued if 2 weeks or more notice have been given. If you need to transfer your booking to a different date, this will be at the discretion of the Hub. Where training is split into multiple sessions, if you are unable to attend a session, a cost will be incurred to join on a different date due to the hub not being able to resell the place. As a full space will need to be allocated, this will incur a 50% fee of the cost of the training course. Any non-attendance with no notice given, will not be refunded, or transferred. In the event we need to cancel a course due to low numbers we will offer alternative dates. Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as disruptive weather, pandemic or where training is deemed a risk to the delegate, we may have cause to cancel a training course, in these circumstances you will be contacted and booking transferred to the next available date. ***********
